Can you ship my product overnight, 2nd day, or any other way of expedited delivery?

Expedited shipping options are available at an extra price.

How do I know if my item has shipped?

You will receive an email from us with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. The email will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of order. Please watch for the email, as it sometimes ends up in the “spam” or “junk mail” folder.

How can I order my massage table?

We take massage tables orders via telephone/e-mail. Please  “CONTACT US”.

What should I do to keep my massage table in good condition?

To help maintain your massage table’s stability (in the future), follow this simple maintenance schedule: Every 1 to 6 months (depending on how frequently the table is used), or if you notice any looseness in the table, check and tighten:

* the knobs for the height adjustment (by hand)
* the screws on both wooden leg panels (use a screwdriver)
* all joints of the leg and frame system.

To protect your massage table’s upholstery we recommend you always use massage table sheets. If you use a large amount of oil (such as for Ayurvedic treatments) we recommend using an oil-resistant table cover. Whenever you transport the table it is also important to use a carrying case to protect the table’s upholstery.

How much weight does your massage tables support?

All of our massage tables generally support at least 200 kgs weight.  Please see the individual table descriptions for more details.

How much time does it take to setup the massage table?

You can effortlessly set up your table in 5 to 10 seconds. There is no assembly required, and you can get to work right away.

What is the advantage of the double leg lock system?

Double leg locks provide more stability for the massage table — and thus for clients that feel uneasy on massage tables — than just one lock. A single-lock table may sway slightly, taking away from your client’s ease and relaxation.

What accessories do I need?

Most of our massage tables are equipped with all of the accessories needed to start your massages (e.g. a carrying case, headrest, and an armrest). We do offer many additional accessories that you will find useful. Some of the most commonly purchased accessories are our sheets and covers. These are essential to keeping a table clean and extending its life.

What will happen if my massage table is damaged or lost during delivery?

If the massage table is damaged, we request you to e-mail us a picture of the damage ASAP. Based on the picture we will decide the best course of action which usually involves sending a replacement order. If the order is lost we will confirm this with the carrier and then re-ship the order.

Where can I pick up my order?

We do not offer a pickup service out of our warehouses. Shipping is free within INDIA, so sit back and let our hardworking staff deliver your massage table right to your door.

How soon will I receive my massage table?

Normally we ship via GATI Surface Cargo. You should expect it to take 2 to 5 business days, unless we contact you and let you know otherwise. We provide you with a GATI Cargo tracking number via e-mail the same day that your package is shipped out.

What massage table is best for me?

The standard size of a massage table is about 2.5 ft. wide by 6 ft. long (with the headrest 7 ft. long).

This standard matches the needs of the client with an average body size and for the massage therapist.
